At Arcticattire, we want you to feel amazing in your new gear. We build our cargo pants to last, but we know that sometimes a fit isn't quite right or things don't go as planned.
If you need to make a return, we are here to help. Here is how it works.
1. The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it is right for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn & Unwashed: Please try them on indoors to check the fit.
- Original Condition: Tags attached and in original packaging.
(Note: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless they are defective.)
2. Shipping Costs:
Who Pays? We believe in being 100% transparent about costs. Here is the breakdown:
Scenario A: Our Mistake (We Pay)
- Examples: We shipped the wrong size or color, or the item was broken when it got there.
- Solution: We take full responsibility. We will cover the return shipping cost or send you a free replacement immediately.
Scenario B: Change of Mind (You Pay)
- Examples: You ordered the wrong size, picked the wrong color, or simply decided you don't want it anymore.
- Solution: We are pleased to take the item back, however you will have to pay for the shipment back. You can't get your money back for the initial shipping fee.
3. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)
Please do NOT send your package back to the address on the shipping label. That is generally a distribution center that can't handle returns, so your delivery could be misplaced.
Instead, follow these 3 simple steps:
- Email Us: Please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Instructions: Usually within 24 hours, our team will go over your request and offer you the right Return Address instructions.
- Ship It: Pack the item securely and send it off. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you know exactly when it reaches us.
4. Cancellations
Need to change something? You have 12 hours after placing your order to cancel or update it. Just email us ASAP! After 12 hours, your order is likely already being packed or shipped, so we won't be able to stop it.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund immediately.
The money will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
